A summer house at Hólar on the Snæfellsnes peninsula, designed by architect Guðmundur Jónsson and completed in autumn 2024. The house rests on a rock outcrop above the fjord, and inside, oak, rough concrete and glass meet. Rafport supplied the Basalte controls, where switches and keypads are part of the house's materials rather than devices added to the wall afterwards.
